Community Guidelines
MotoMotors thrives on respect and genuine solidarity. These rules keep the community clean.
Only the German version is legally binding. This translation is provided for convenience only.
1. Respect first
Treat others the way you would like to be treated. Insults, hate, discrimination (e. g. on the grounds of origin, gender, religion, sexual orientation or disability), bullying and harassment have no place here.
2. Stay real
Use your own profile and do not pretend to be someone else. No fake accounts, no identity theft, no use of the identity of real people without their consent.
3. No illegal or dangerous content
- No illegal, violence-glorifying, extremist or youth-endangering content.
- No calls for criminal offences or for dangerous behaviour in road traffic (e. g. illegal street races, endangering traffic).
- Ride safely and responsibly – the community should inspire, not endanger.
4. Crews & rideouts
- Rideouts are outings organised by users – plan them responsibly and comply with the road traffic regulations. No illegal races, no tailgating, no endangering of traffic.
- As the Boss or an officer of a crew, you lead by example and moderate fairly.
- Everyone rides at their own responsibility. Look out for one another, ride with foresight and appropriately to your own experience.
5. Fair voting (“Picture of the Month”)
- Only submit your own images to which you hold the rights and on which any persons depicted have given their consent.
- No manipulation: no multiple accounts, no purchased or automated votes.
- Win fairly – don’t cheat. Violations lead to exclusion from the vote.
- Whoever wins pauses the following month and gives others priority – participation is possible again from the month after.
6. Respectful messages
Direct messages are not a free pass: no harassment, no threats, no spam and no unsolicited advertising. You can report inappropriate messages directly.
7. No spam, no unsolicited advertising
No mass messages, no scams, no unsolicited commercial advertising. Keep content relevant to the motorcycle community.
8. Respect privacy & image rights
Do not publish other people’s private data without their consent. Only upload images to which you hold the rights and on which any persons depicted have given their consent.
9. Appropriate language & images
Keep profile details, bio and images suitable for minors and factual. No pornographic, shocking or offensive content.
10. Report violations
If you notice something that violates these guidelines, report it directly – e. g. via the report icon on a profile or by right-clicking/long-pressing on a message – or write to us at business@motomotors.de. We follow up on reports.
11. Consequences
Depending on the severity, measures range from a warning notice through the removal of content to the temporary or permanent suspension of the account. Details are governed by the Terms of Use.
